How I Grew My Hair Thicker and stronger!

My hair used to be so damaged and a lot thinner than what it is now. There are a few thing’s I’ve done over the year’s to grow my hair thicker, stronger, and healthier. I will list them below!

  1. I slowed down with the straightening iron and all other heating tools. My teen year’s consists of me straightening my hair ALL the time on HIGH heat! I was very insecure about my curly hair and thought I looked better with straight hair so using the heat iron and blow dryer often weakened my hair and made it thin. I also lost my curls and had to grow my hair out. I hardly use heating tools these day’s and when I do, I use it on low heat.
  2. I drink certain thing’s that most people wouldn’t and are disgusted by such as, Blackstrap Molasses, Bone Broth, and a ablespoon of Olive Oil and Coconut Oil a day. To grow your hair thicker and stronger, you have to take your vitamins, and this is how I take mine!
  3. I not only drink olive oil and coconut oil, but I put it on my hair and rub it into my scalp. I usually drench my hair in olive oil once every 2 weeks and do the “Green House Method” which is to put a plastic bag over your hair while it is damp with the olive oil. This can also help hair growth.
  4. Also eating many fruits and veggies will help your hair grow out thicker. I am not the healthiest eater in the world but I do eat my veggies as much as I can and notice a difference in my hair, skin, and overall health when I do.
