Wow! Last week was definitely something… Let me tell you what happened!
So, a couple of day’s after thanksgiving, I started feeling really weird. More tired than usual, sneezing a lot more (Because I do have allergies so I thought that’s what it was), and I started getting the chills. Soon after I realized, I got the flu from a certain person from a Thanksgiving dinner… 😑 mhhmmmm…you know who you are! Lol Just kidding, I know it has been going around. So many people have been getting sick!
Anyways, I felt HORRIBLE. when I get sick, I really get SICK. It’s seriously no bueno. I couldn’t get out of bed, my head felt so heavy, my nose was really stuffy, I had tissue all over my bed because I was literally blowing my nose every 10 minutes! Lol I felt so tired and weak, it hurt when I sneezed, but then I ended up getting my period! Like ughhh really?! Worst timing ever! So while I was sneezing all over the place and getting the chills, I also had to deal with the worst cramps ever! They felt especially strong this month. The pain was almost unbearable. I took four Excedrin pills, (an hour a part) it usually works wonders, but not this time…
So, I wasn’t doing to good at all! But guess what? It got worse! I don’t know why, but I ended up getting massive gas and my stomach felt like a balloon! 😂 It’s funny to me now but I wanted to die at that moment! I tried drinking tea and coffee because it helps me poop but it didn’t help the gas go away! 😣😣😣 and then I drank water mixed with a tablespoon of Activated Charcoal because it’s supposed to get rid of gas and it helped but there was still some gas stuck in my stomach….Idk….but I felt so disgusting.
I am definitely feeling so much better today and I can’t wait to get some shiz done! I feel like I was sick for months even though it was a Week. I was stuck at home and couldn’t do anything! I hate that, but now I’m ready and can get out there and go to some fun festive events!
I sure hope everyone is doing fine. If you are sick, drink plenty of tea and lemon water! I also drank my vitamins such as olive oil, coconut oil, and fish oil to help me get better faster. There are so many at home remedies to treat your flu or cold.
